I offer guidance and resources on wellbeing, energy work, shamanic practices and dowsing to support you on your path to healing and self-discovery. As someone who has navigated the challenges of fibromyalgia, a journey I document through my Holistic Fibro Fighter platform, I understand the importance of holistic wellbeing.
Years spent in the often stressful and fast-paced hospitality industry, where I did not always prioritise my wellbeing and almost two decades as a lecturer, led me to explore and train in holistic therapies. This path transformed my life and now informs my work.
While my background includes training in psychotherapy, I currently focus on sharing my knowledge and perspectives through my online presence.
